This is the result of our consolidated experience in this field, actively relating with organizations and top management of leading Italian corporations operating in various business sectors: Automotive, Banking/Finance, Mechanics, Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Logistics-Distribution, Ceramics, Food and others.

HISTORY

K&P Consulting's original team was established in 1991 under the name “Interview” and was one of the first companies in the area to provide specialized consulting in the human resource sector.

The success of this project is quickly recognized: only five years later, the firm is incorporated by Mercuri Urval, leading multinational company in this sector.

The symbiosis with the Swedish giant lasted about ten years and, in this context, methods and skills are consolidated in Recruitment and Selection, Executive Research and Organizational Consulting, focused on optimizing resources.

In 2004, firmly based on acquired contacts and extensive experience, the "Interview" partners joined by a new HR Manager from the Industrial and IT business sector, launch the K&P Consulting project.
